Man my favorite sneak snack I’ll have before the gym though only, well there’s 2: 1) is a along butter and jelly sandwich on an whole wheat English muffin. Def gives me and pump and the amount of energy I need for a good workout. My other sneak snack 2) skinny cow ice cream sandwiches.
